On my WordPress ADMIN page, the left-side menu appears, but the rest of the page is blank.

Whatever I click on (for example, “Dashboard,” “Posts,” “Comments,” or whatever), nothing happens.

    Please help.

    Thanks.

Have you deactivated all of your plugins?

    Do you have “FTP” access?

I don’t know what “FTP” access is.

Can you ask your hosting providers to help you rename your “plugins” folder (inside the “wp-content” folder) to “plugins-old”? That should deactivate all plugins. You can rename it back aftewards.

Thanks, I’ll try that. However they have not gotten back to me for over an hour (I’m going to try calling them tomorrow, they have no phone support on Sundays).

What do I do after the plugins are deactivated? (And how do I rename it back afterwards?)

Once your plugins are deactivated check the dashboard to see if it works. You can ask your hosting providers how to rename it back as well, that’s not something we can help you with.

Thanks again, I’ll do that once I hear back from A Small Orange.
