Admin page not loading correctly

  • Hi all,
    Im having horrible problems with my wordpress admin panel.
    Its not displaying correctly, white screen, writing on the righthand side, writing overlapping, looks very broken.
    If I click on anything a message appears telling me I dont have access.

    Things I’ve tried so far:
    Disable plugins from cpanel
    Change themes from cpanel
    Upload fresh wordpress via cpanel

    So far nothing has worked.

    Looking at the site from a browser, everything looks ok apart from the homepage which seems to have reverted to the original theme page.

    I updated the theme yesterday, everything went fine. I was in the admin panel and everything was working perfectly.
    I tried to login today and it was broken.

    I went to the error logs and got lots of this:

    I have no idea.

    Im now beyond my limits and wondered if anyone could give me an idea where to start?

    You may also need to reach out to your hosting company. That error, AH01797: client denied by server configuration, implies a web server configuration problem. Usually this is something that your hosting support can help address, as the configuration file(s) in question may or may not be accessible to you.
