admin page cannot be accessed

  • did you changed the wp-login URL recently? was it working before?

    if you were using a plugin then you might have to disable that plugin to login. you can do so by logging in to FTP and renaming the plugin name in folder /wp-content/plugins/.

    also can you see little grey bar on top of home page? maybe you are already logged in but redirected to home page.

    thanks a lot, laliz. i saw that thread but i am more humanistic ?? and “logging in to FTP and renaming the plugin name in folder /wp-content/plugins/” unfortunatelly means nothing to me.
    oh, i didn’t change the wp-login url.
    no bar either what i can see if i backlit the bookmark is ‘the page does not exist” when the main page opens.
    does this make sense?
