Admin order notification re-send when changin order status

    Dears,
    When we change an order’s status, we (admin) receive the new order email about the same order each and every time.
    We turned off our plugins, the issue was still there. I am sure it should not resend admin new order email when we change order status of an order.
    Please share your solution.

    Can you share:

    – how you changed the order status
    – your WP Admin → WooCommerce → Settings → Emails

    Hello,
    I change order status in WooCommerce → Orders → Order status change from drop down.
    Yes I am aware of the Email setting in Woo, but there you can only totally turn of email notifications, or enable them.
    Admin/I should not receive the “new order notification email” of the order each time I change the order status, so i am sure it’s a bug…

    In my test, order change only triggers a New Order email when it changes to Processing for me.
    May I know when it triggers for you?
