Admin: Order Emails Template

Hi guys. My wp-admin recently became very slow. I checked my JavaScript console, and it threw the following error:

Failed to load resource: net::ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED woo-order-emails.js/?ver=4.7.3

There are two problems with this error:

1. The source file shows up as https://mysite.comwoo-order-emails.js/?ver4.7.3 – note there is no “/” – meaning something is generating the file name incorrectly.
2. I cannot find any real file “woo-order-emails.js” inside WooCommerce or any add-on plugins.

The error is not only causing a timeout on everypage of my admin – it’s also hiding the HTML Email Template editor under WooCommerce > Settings > Emails > Completed Order, Cancelled Order, etc.

Does anyone know where this file is coming from, and how I can fix the code that’s causing this error?
