Admin Option is not visible on top

Thanks for reporting your issue. Its for the first time some one have reported this Admin panel thing, never happened before. Are you sure this is happening only when you are activating WP Contact Slider?

Try deactivating other plugins and see if this resolves the issue.

Yes, i am sure, when i am deactivating this plugin, i am not getting Admin option issue.

Then kindly share your theme via some dropbox link or like using Our Contact Page and let us look into this issue.
