Admin Now not available after WPAU

  • Hi
    I just did the automatic upgrade of WP with the plugin WPAU. Well nothing really completed as I went straight to a page that said “what you are looking for does not exist” What Should have happend is I should have gone to admin. Now I cant get into admin at all as it says “what you are looking for does not exist”

    Can anyone help? Pretty desperate to get into admin

    Managed to get some of the site back.
    Problems I now have (take a peek if you can)

    1, Cannot access Admin Page, if I try it says “what you are looking for does not exist”

    2. If I click on any video then I get the same message “what you are looking for does not exist”

    All was 100% fine before I upgraded to version 2.9

    Any help REALLY appreciated

    PS What we need is some paid for professional backup. One simply cannot expect volunteers to be there for everyone.
