Admin notifications are not working

  • Hi,

    I have a PRO license. On the server, a VPS, the Edumax theme is also installed.

    I have a problem with Admin notifications, when a user registers on the site or registers for a course the admin does not receive any notification.

    Settings > Email > Email to Admin > here I entered the email [email protected]

    WP Cron for Bulk Mailing is enabled.

    Could the problem be caused by the Edumax theme? If I go to Appearance > Customize I see several errors and everything is messed up, I attach screenshot:

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well. As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there
