    I have tested it locally and it is working fine. Can you send me Date/Time settings from General page? Maybe there is issue with custom value for it.

    I have the same issue, the email notification to the admin of the booking is saying 12,00 to 12,00 but the admin page shows the correct time selections as does the email received by the customer

    time and date settings 0-24, en-US and 30 min time block

    I will need more data, because I was not able to reproduce that locally. Can you send me to email settings data that you have for EasyAppointments? You can find my email address on homepage of EA.
