Admin Notification On New Subscription – sending for Unconfirmed subscription

  • Hello, the admin notification is send not when new subscriber signs up and is confirmed, but earlier when the subscriber is in Unconfirmed status.

    Also, the date Created in the Audience list is the date when the subscriber first sign up, not the date when the sign up is confirmed.

    Yes. this is a known issue.

    Will be fixed in one of the upcoming release of Email Subscribers.

    We will update you once it’s fixed.
