Admin notice not dismissible and needs to be

    I decided to install the plugin on my test installation. Here’s the problem. The notice to leave opt in does not go away and is not dismissible when I click the X on the top right. It is a test installation but runs in the same web server as my real WordPress site.

    I’m running with the Twenty Seventeen theme, WordPress 4.9.6 and no other plugins activated.

    This is a real problem. The admin notices must be dismissible and must stay dismissed.

    When can you fix this?
