Admin not receiving the new comments notifications

  • We recently installed wordpress @ https://policycomplaints.com. Everything is fine till now except the fact that we are not receiving the email notifications if anyone posts a comment.

    Under the “E-mail me whenever” discussion settings, we have also enabled the “Anyone posts a comment” and “A comment is held for moderation“. Still we are not receiving the email…
