Admin not receiving new subscription notifications

  • I’ve looked for this answer EVERYWHERE and have found no help. I’m using the Divi Theme by Elegant Themes. I have their email optin module set up (at bottom of Home page) and linked to my clients’ Mailchimp account. New subscribers get the welcome message I’ve set up so that is NOT the problem. The problem I have is that my client does not receive the “one by one” admin notices about new subscribers. I’ve tried using different email addresses to have these sent to – still nothing! I’ve checked all spam folders. I’ve read all the troubleshooting tips that MailChimp posts. I’ve contacted Elegant Themes and they say it’s all working fine from their end. I can’t get a hold of MailChimp because my client has a free account and there is no support for those accounts. I have spent HOURS trying to figure this out. Does anyone have any ideas?

    Hi @lkats ,
    Thank you for writing in.
    I have checked subscription form on your mentioned site.
    It’s not form provided by this plugin i.e Email Subscribers.
    Pleas recheck this.

    Ooops…sorry. I did not see I was in this particular forum. What forum would you suggest I post this to?
