Admin not receive new user registration email

  • hi,when a new user register to my site i don’t receice a mail of new user.
    i have check the spam folder. i use a gmail but the same thing with company email.

    Hello @pavlos1994

    Please navigate to wp-admin > ultimate member > settings > Email and see if “Account Welcome Email ” is enabled. Please also confirm if you have set correct admin email on “Admin E-mail Address” field.
