admin not receive mail when a new user registered

  • Do you receive any emails from your WordPress install, for example do you receive the admin-login-lost-password email? or is it just from the new shop user?

    How have you got your urls setup, usually the my-account page url would be something like https://forevercreation.net/my-account/ but yours is just the root.

    Good practice to update your theme to the latest version 2.3.0, though that’s unlikely to fix this problem, and recheck.

    hi !Lorro thank you very much for reply.i have fix this problem via installing SMTP email plugin in which we have to put emails etc. and now i am receiving mails.
