Admin not getting email when new user signs up

  • Hi

    People don’t have to sign up to post comments, but they do have to sign up to become a member, and the default is contributor.

    They get their email and can write a post and it get’s held for approval; that’s all working OK

    If anybody posts a comment I get an email.

    But I don’t get an email when somebody signs up.

    Any help would be much appreciated.
