    We are using plugin version 2.0.46 with WP 5.2. We created User registration form using plugin shortcodes. When someone registers from that page then admin is not receiving any notification but on the same time user is receiving. Though admin notification works when a user adds from default Add user page.

    Another issue we are facing with email settings not updating. It just redirect to the main email tab page but not update changes.

    Hi @khanshabnam,

    Please update to the latest 2.0.47 version of the Ultimate member core and see if the new version fixes your issue with the emails.
    The issue with email settings can be caused by insufficient permissions.
    Please use a child theme and make sure that email templates are saved to the ultimatemember folder inside your theme’s folder because on the parent’s theme update your custom files will be lost (if they are stored in your parent theme).

    Updated plugin version to that latest 2.0.48 but the issue still exist. Yes, we are using a child theme and email templates are saved to the ultimatemember folder.

    i have installed and activated the ultimate plugin. i have a 1 problem when i go to setting/email option and when I want to try enable and save changes button click then i got page not found message. error

    ->(Account Activation Email,Your account is pending review, Account Approved Email,Account Rejected Email)

    when i have this problem the first time then i uninstall this plugin and remove my full WordPress website and again install fress WordPress and install again ultimate plugin then i see the same problem again.please help me.

    I’m using plugin version 2.1.5 with WP 5.4.
    If someone try to register by from, the admin is not receiving any notification by email.
    On the same time the registered user is receiving email notification.
    If I delete a user, admin and user are receiving the emails.

    So, only new user notification to admin not works.

    I’m using Contact Form 7 too and it’s works fine!

    I try SendGrid and WP MAIL SMTP. I’ve verified the domain on SendGrid via DNS-Zone …and I find the same issue: new user email to admin non working, other notification woriking.

    Can you help me please?

    I am having the same issue. I’m not getting new user registration emails on admin email. However, it does work with another email address as the admin. Checked plugin conflicts and settings and all seems to be in order. Not sure why it’s working on one email, but not the email I need to use.
    Any suggestions?
