Admin new order email is missing details

  • Using WooCommerce 2.6.8 with WordPress 4.6.1, the new order email that was send did not contain the order details, only a link to the Order. I have not overridden the template in my theme, nor have I manually made any changes to the core WooCommerce template files. The customer email seems to have contained the order details, it was just the admin email that was odd.

  • @prattm21 I haven’t seen this happening with other stores — so there is a chance that it is related to your theme or plugins. If you aren’t using a default theme, try switching to it — also a plugin on your site may be interacting with WooCommerce in an unexpected way. And in rare cases, I’ve seen the server configuration affect WooCommerce behavior, especially if the server hasn’t been recently updated.
