Admin New Confirmed Notification

I’ve had a few customers saying they are not receiving a confirmation email after a booking is confirmed by ourselves.
I’ve added another admin email address to the admin section and booking notifications come through fine to both emails. It’s the confirmation ones that don’t appear to be working as expected, they are sent to the customer but not to the admin email.
Any ideas? (the toggle switch is on to receive them)
