    Hello.

I see that this plugins puts for some reason the admin name in the htaccess file.

Is that really needed and why ?

    Thanks

The admin name is added into the htaccess because the admins should NOT see the cache.

Ok, then isn’t better to handle that in your code for a specific group (Admins) and not in htaccess, as most plugins do ?

they do not check. they check just logged-in users. but the customer want to show the cache to logged-in users but not to admins.

Not all of them, but they do check. LiteSpeed Cache does for example.

And my question was not to who to show cached pages but why an admin name is in htaccess. I still find it a bit strange.

    Anyway, thanks.
