Admin must accept and deny user registrations from email

Please check this documentation https://docs.wpeverest.com/user-registration/docs/individual-form-settings/#0-toc-title. You will need to choose the admin approval user login option and configure Send User Approval Link in the Email feature.

You can send an email with the approval link but can not deny the user via email. You will need to deny the user from your Dashboard >> Users.

ok thanks! also how do i go about displaying the whole form filled by the user in the same email with the admin approval link.

Additionally is it possible to sent all unapproved users to be deleted/denied if not approved within a time period (say like 10 days).

As per the current version of the User Registration plugin, we do not have this feature. However, we will surely think about it and maybe we will introduce this in the future release of the User Registration. We will make sure to let you know once the feature is out there.
