"Admin" mode?

    great plug in!

    I wonder if there is a possibility for an admin to always have the cookie notice showing. This because I’m making css changes to the look of the notification bar and don’t want it to disappear for good when click Accept. Or maybe you can give me the name of the cookie that gets set so I can delete it manually?

    Also, can you set target=”_blank” for the Policy button so that it opens in a separate browser window?
