I installed the timeline & history plugin, and did not subscribe to the auto-update feature. It says the plugin works without doing that, however the admin menu does nothing other than keep trying to get me to sign up for the auto-update.
Using the latest WP (5.4.x) with php 7.3(?) (although I’m not entirely sure if my host is primarily using php 5.x).

Why isn’t the admin menu functional?

    Hello,

    Thanks for reaching here.

I These are the only two pages that I see: the ‘permissions’ page, and the ‘ok, go ahead and use it’ pages. Made a page that has two screen shots:

    https://staging.mapsound.net/wp/307-2/

I’ve disabled all the other plug-ins to see if it might be a conflict, but that doesn’t change anything. I see in other screenshots that there’s supposed to be a dropdown menu that appears when you mouse over the plug-in name in the admin bar, but it doesn’t do anything in mine.

I did. If you scroll down on that link, you will see what happens after hitting “skip.”
(It’s two screen shots on that page)

Nothing else happens. If I click the button on the admin panel, it takes me right back to the ‘skip or register’ page. No other options.
