admin menu missing

    Are you saying there is no Coupons section in the menu?

    I am not seeing that issue. Can you please follow the troubleshooting for conflicts guide and see if that narrows down the issue:

    I am having the same issue. I looked through the knowledgebase troubleshooting and it didnt solve the issue. This is a new site and the only plugin I’ve uploaded so far so there shouldn’t be a conflict. I’m using WP 4.4 and the Tempera theme. The only thing showing up on the editor is the “Add Media” button.

    Also the shortcode is not working in the Widget areas. I just displays the shortcode.

    Hi,

    I worked with bwicket on the through Pro Support as the issue was related to that. Below is for reference.

    The Visual Editor Buttons were not showing due to a javascript conflict and adding this to the wp-config.php resolved the issue:

    define( 'CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS', false );

    As for the widget, see the FAQ and this point to enable shortcodes:

    “How can I display coupons using the shortcode in a sidebar text widget?”
