    Hello,
    Only users who have Administrator, Author and Editor profile can see the studypress admin menu.

    Best regards,

    Hello Mohammed.

    Thank you for your quick answer.

    I have administrator profile.

    Now StudyPress is appearing (because I deactivated many other plugins for other reasons).

    But, in “Lessons” option shows: “Please contact your administrator for created a course”.

    What I have to do in this case?

    It is fixed also.
    It was just waiting for a created course.

    Thanks.

    I was misunderstanding the plugin. Now I can see that the plugin has some conflict with wordpress because it is not recognizing-me as administrator user.

    I cannot edit courses.

    I deleted the plugin and installed it again. Now it does not appear on my admin menu.

    I took 3 o 4 hours to see what was wrong. I deactivated again many of my plugins, but it didn’t solve the problem.

    What I could do in the next step? I liked the concept of your plugin, but it is not working well.

    Hello tehealing,
    I noticed that you have created 5 support topics for the same problem. I suggest to you that we try to resolve your problem in this topic.

    I see that you have a conflict between some plugins. To know the source of your problem, I suggest that you:
    1) install a new wordpress;
    2) install studypress;
    3) use studypress (create courses, lessons, …);
    3.1) if the plugin is working well, install your other plugins and if there is a conflict, tell me which plugin you use;
    3.2) if the plugin is not working before that install other plugins, explain me which feature is not working.

    For information, the message “Please contact your administrator for create a course” apears when you try to create a new lesson or a quiz when you have no courses created. This message apears even if you are an administrator.

    Best regards,
    Studypress Team.
