Admin menu for "Editor" role

Hello. Modifying WP_ayvpp_menu function in the file /core/admin.php, could cause the “Youtube Posts” menu appears for users defined with role Editor, however, these users can’t add channels/playlists. Someone went through something and got a fix?

One more thing: the problem of duplicate posts, how can I solve?
