admin media modal broken (wp.media not a function)

  • In the backend, I can add fields to support a second and third featured image, but when I click those fields to add an image, no modal pops up and I receive the following error in the console:

    script-dfi.js?ver=3.5.2:90 Uncaught TypeError: wp.media is not a function
    at HTMLAnchorElement.<anonymous> (script-dfi.js?ver=3.5.2:90)

    Please advise.
