Admin/marketplace owner comission

Hi! Can someone explain me clearly how this works.

I rule online marketplace where vendors sell their own products. I take for example 10% from every payment.

When customer buys from vendor 10€ product. Money leaves from customer bank account to where? Where in wp or wc or wcfm plugin i put my bank account details/paypal account? And does the whole money come to me first?

Does vendors then withdraw request me?

How i set up that i get 10% of every payment and is there automatic way that customer pays-> 10% comes to me and 90% goes to vendor?

Payment goes through woocommerce and withdraw goes through wcfm or woocommerce?

Appreciate a lot if someone explain these to me.
