    I installed Stream on this website, and it was doing great.
    After installing some other plugins, suddenly I lost my view to the plugin backend.
    Other admins on the site lost this view as well.
    The plugin settings page says:
    Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.

    I still can deactivate the plugin and uninstall it, and in fact, I tried to do so, but after reinstalling, the same no permissions page exists.
    I can provide a detailed report about the website environment upon request.
    Stream was chosen among other plugins because I think it is the best in performance and services to the site admin.
    I wish it can be fixed soon.

    After more checking, I could put my hand on the source, and easily resolve the problem.
    Another plugin that provides customization to the admin backend panel is hiding Stream interface among other few plugins. Reverting those plugin settings indeed fixed everything.
    Sorry for the false alarm.
