Admin Login Trouble

  • I have taken over website maintenance for a company, I have the admin login information but there are still 2 or 3 director accounts active. I downloaded and activated a new theme and two days later it would not let me login. It keeps saying my password is incorrect but it cannot be. Also, when it says to get a new password by email the emails never get sent to the email attached to the admin user name I use. I can login to the director dashboard but I do not have very many option from there. Please Help

    Resetting password:
    – In WordPress, there is more than one way for Rsetting Your Password . I find the phpMyAdmin method to be the most straight-forward, as you’ll be changing the password directly in the database, and your username will be revealed as part of the process.

    I can login to the director dashboard but I do not have very many option from there

    sounds like your not admin logged in?
    what options do you have?
