Admin login redirecting to homepage

  • So I went to login in to my wordpress site this evening and was unable to even reach the login page. Every time I went to the url I’ve always used to log in (https://yourekilling.us/wp-admin/) I’m redirected back to my home page (https://yourekilling.us/wp-login.php/?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fyourekilling.us%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1) without even the opportunity type in my credentials.

    I’ve done a few google searches, tried some of the fixed I came across. Disabled all my plugins, cleared my cache, tried other browsers. Nothing fixed the problem.

    Tried to login to another wordpress site hosted on the same server/account, had no problem reaching that login page OR logging in.

    I haven’t made any changes to the site or even messed with it much in like a week, so I’m not sure what the problem is.

    Would appreciate any advice!

  • Sometimes WordPress plugins can cause this issue.De-activate your wordpress plugins and check.If the problem persists delete and regenerate your .htaccess file and clear cache in your wordpress.Hope this will works!!

    I regenerated the .htaccess file, and I’ve checked the plugins already. Still having the same problem.
