Admin Login Redirect?

OK, for some strange reason every time I go to to login to the admin dashboard my Address bar shows a weird code that wasn’t there last week. Why does it look like this?

wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.loansafe.org%2Fblog%2Fwp-admin%2F

Before it looked like this “/blog/wp-admin”
