Admin Login Page no longer exists?

  • I’m working on a domain (clearcreekroyalty.com) created on here under a different login, which is down and I need to log in to cPanel to get it back up. The problem is I don’t know my cPanel login info, and WordPress won’t even let me log in to my admin page (says ‘file not found (404 error)’, so I don’t know how to do that or what to do.

    Alright, i got my login info, but my wordpress admin login page isn’t coming up, ots now giving me a 404 (page does not exsist) error code. I created my website through here, and havw logged in using it before. How do i get it to work again now?

    From what I observe, you may not have wordpress installed in your domain name. hence, there is a 404 error on /wp-admin. You can login to your cpanel and see if there is any wordpress folders in your domain directory.

    Alternative, contact your hosting for assistance as they may be able to help you faster than we here. Hope this helps!

    Hello I seem to be having the same issue…. @gingersnap3344 who is your host provider? mine is Hostgator…. I type all my log info on wordpress and no error codes show up it. It’s just as if I didn’t enter any of my info.
