It appears you’re missing the admin CSS file. Try a manual update/reinstall of WordPress to recover that file.

What could be possible reason/cause for admin CSS files gone missing.

2. Possible cause? Maybe you deleted something. Maybe an update blew up.

1. I tried to manually update and faced an issue. our php admin is password protected and i don’t know have valisd credential and also dont know how to retrive or change it in hosting settings. Kinldy step by step guide me how to change MYphpAdmin passwrord.
