• If a subscriber (Abonent) logs in, I get an email notification that an admin logs in. I can’tfind the error. I enabled notofocation for admin and users, but email doesn’t come at every login.

Can anyone help me? Maybe someone knows about this problem.

  • Hi @merlin1764,

Under Wordfence -> All Options, there are four checkboxes:

    Image: https://i.imgur.com/2hlPXPs.png

    – Alert me when someone with administrator access signs in
    – Only alert me when that administrator signs in from a new device or location

    – Alert me when a non-admin user signs in
    – Only alert me when that user signs in from a new device or location

If you want Wordfence to send an email every time an Administrator logins in, you should uncheck Only alert me when that administrator signs in from a new device.....

If it is checked like in your screenshot, subscribers are notificated as admin. That’s the problem.

And if the first and third are checked, you don’t get a noticication on every login.
