If you want, you can send me some of the web server access logs and I can take a look for you. More than likely, there was an outdated theme or plugin vulnerability that they exploited. Like Tara mentioned to find these kinds of infections, you basically have to go through a checklist to cover all your bases to make sure it won’t come back again.

This doesn’t look like a hacker issue… but a PHP issue.

Take a look at the notification.php file that’s referenced in the error, and make sure there are no spaces, or blank lines before the <?php that starts the file.

Thank you all for your help and recommendations. My main problem other than the site being clogged with code is that I literally cannot login. When using the https://laconciergechiropractor.com/admin page, I get no space to login or put a password. https://laconciergechiropractor.com/login allows me to put a L/P in but it says it’s incorrect. Going to wordpress’s front page and logging in there is the same result — incorrect L/P….

So my issue here is I can’t diagnose or fix any of the possible outdated codes or PHP etc….

Is there any workaround here?

I have tried to reset the password btw and no email has shown up… very odd.
