Usually means you have ssl enabled and the 404’s have caught you out.

    1. Close tabs and clear cache – especially if you are using chrome and explorer.

    2. Delete all cookies and browsing history – you can leave remember passwords if that’s important to you.

    3. Log into your backend and find your ip and remove it from the list of blocked ip’s or remove require front end ssl to view site.

Question. How do you go about removing one blocked IP if there is only a button to release all lockouts?

Cannot login admin page. Receive white page with Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by ….. functions.php:1 …..pluggable.php on lne 876. Please help.

weakticket – did you finally get an answer you to problem ?

I’ve got the exact same issue!

Hi @weakticket and @powlag currently there is no option to remove a single IP address. Perhaps you can request that feature to be added in a future release version.

    Kind regards

    Thanks mbrsolution.

I’ve since found this solution, at a database level: https://bit51.com/fixing-better-wp-security-lockouts/
