Website has been up for quite some time and working.

WordPress 5.3 running Responsive theme. On PHP 7.3

Running plugins which include S2Member, Rename WP-Login, Really Simple SSL and others.

My Admin login works as expected using the following. However, other Admins access /wp-admin and enter their name and password. Rather than seeing the Dashboard, they see the error “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” and are still on the wp-admin link. If they remove “/wp-admin” from the link and now just go to https://destinationkonacoast.com, they are logged into the dashboard and can see it.

I have tried different browsers, different themes, I have renamed the plugins folder and even reinstalled WP fresh into an empty directory and then added back my database and the three folders, wp-content, wp-admin and wp-includes.

I have this error in the hosting errorlog.

    Any suggestions?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I seem to have found the problem.

I logged in as Admin and installed the plugin USER ROLE EDITOR.

I compared the Admin user who could log in with the one who could not. The one who could no was missing READ. When I added that capability, he could log in and see the Dashboard.
