admin login is leading to a blank page

I moved my site over to a different server and I can’t login to the admin section now. I was originally already logged in in the cookies, so I know the admin itself was working, but then when I logged out and back in again, it shows the login page, but after I put in my username and password it goes to a blank page. I can’t get php to output any errors, so I don’t think it’s something in the code… I’m only a programmer, someone help!
