admin login gone, no where to log in, option gone

Hi,
have just set up wordpress and a web site and I am not that technical.
I have logged in and out a couple of times and suddenly there is no where to log in from the first page.
First page had a admin login in on the panel,,and now gone so there is no where to plonk in the user and password to get there.
