Hi @jdelamaza,
I can’t see any clear issues with communication or permissions, and I have access to history that doesn’t show Activemember360 specifically causing a conflict with Wordfence for customers in the past.
Are you receiving the error on the /login page accessible from the top-right of your homepage? This does look like a custom login page and Wordfence’s login security is currently only supported on WordPress/WooCommerce default login/registration pages. However, if you’ve totally removed 2FA and reCAPTCHA I wouldn’t expect this to continue being a problem.
Are you seeing blocks in Live Traffic that might point to another reason for the logins being rejected? Clicking an entry will explain why the block took place. If it’s to do with communication, you could try clicking the “ADD PARAM TO FIREWALL ALLOWLIST” button to allow the logins through in future.
You could also try Learning Mode being enabled for a period and trying to sign into your site again. From the Wordfence Dashboard click on Manage WAF. Then you will see Basic Firewall Options > Web Application Firewall Status. Change the option to Learning Mode. Now perform the actions that were causing issues. This will help Wordfence learn that these actions are normal and it will allow them in the future. After you have finished performing the actions, switch the WAF from Learning Mode back to Enabled and Protecting. Now test to see if these actions work correctly.
https://www.wordfence.com/help/firewall/learning-mode/ is an amazing resource for learning more about the WAF and learning mode.
Thanks again,
Peter.
