Admin Login and Password Reset Not Working

Hello,

I have been trying to login to the Admin panel of my WordPress site for a few days and no troubleshooting options have worked. I keep getting invalid login and when I try to reset the password I get a “invalid key” when I click the link in my email.

This is everything I have tried to get logged in:

1) Deleted the .htaccess file from the root directory
2) Disabled my theme
3) Disabled all plugins
4) Reset the password using myPhpAdmin
5) Updated the site URL in the wp-config.php file
6) Cleared all cache and cookies

I have hit a dead end when it comes to trying to get access to my website back.

Please help
