Admin log in link won’t open and site down

  • My site will not load and when I try to go to the admin site, that won’t load.
    When I went to WordPress to log in it said I had no account even though I was just emailed an update confirmation for my site.

  • if you have access to the database (phpmyadmin) you can change the user password or create a new user from there so you can login easily, also maybe you’ve changed the login url to another url. you can check from the database aswell.

    Thanks you but when I try my admin the link doesn’t open either. I get a blank page completely

    I cannot ping your website at all. I don’t think you have a wordpress problem. You have a “my website is down” problem. Contact your ISP.
