Admin locked out of www.remarpro.com site

  • Our www.remarpro.com site was taken over by a previous, ex-admin who has gone into the site and locked us out by removing our admin site role. How can we get our login setup back as an admin?

    do you have access to the webhosting account?
    does the webhosting account include access to the database? (often in an area PHPMYADMIN)
    if yes, then you can control the users and permissions in the database.
    you can create a new administrator user.
    you can change the details and permissions of a current user.

    there are 2 tables: usermeta and users that you might need to review in the database that is connected to your website.
