Admin list search does not work with & sign

  • Hello,

    On the Admin side page “List Participants” when I try adding a “contains” field with the “&” symbol in the string it always returns no results. However, the & sign works correctly in search on the front end.

    Is there a way to fix this?

    Thanks for letting me know about this, I did not know this didn’t work.

    Certain characters like ampersand are encoded in the database query, but that prevents it from finding the lieral character in the database.

    Changing how that works is going to require that I issue an update to Participants Database, look for that in the next few days.
