    Hello,
I have a strange behaviour in one WP install. I have two users with the right’s as Administrator.

One user can’t navigate properly in the WP dashboard. For example when opening the WooCommerce->Settings page it always states that the link is not valid anymore -> “The link you followed has expired.”. If I log out with that user and try the second one, it works fine. When I use the first user again, then I see the message again.

Does anybody has an idea what is going on here and how I can fix it?

  • Sorry if this is too simple, but have you tried clearing your cache?

Now the second user of this shop keep seeing this message when navigating in WooCommerce settings.

Has nobody any idea why this occurs? In this case, the user changed some settings regarding shipping, clicked save, and since then the user sees the message. Even when logged out, used another device etc.
