I’ve just tried the process again by manually disabling the plugins before the backup and choosing the basic and advanced setup as you suggested.

I’m still seeing the same results on completion. The front end works fine but the admin is just text based with no styling.

That is odd… Do you happen to have any cache plugins installed? Sometimes removing all data from the wp-content/cache folder can help resolve the issues.

I do have WordFence and WP-Rocket installed.
