Admin "Help" Tab Displaying No Text

    Hello, I have an issue from my wordpress site. In the “Admin” part of the site, the “help” tab in the upper right hand site, that when clicked it supposed to go down with help information, does not work on my site, it just goes down like 1 inch and displays nothing at all.
