Admin heading structure is incorrect

Just a gentle reminder you that all WordPress headings in admin screens have changed from H2 to H1 in version 4.3, way back in July 2015. Please change your heading structure so it’s semantically correct.
I believe this is still an issue, even with V3 coming up.
