Admin has no right to reply?

  • Hello,

    In the settings, admin has all rights.

    Admin sends a message to a member that has the right to access, and to reply.

    The member receives the message and replies to the admin.

    The admin receives the reply and has no right to reply again!

    This happens on one member. On another one with the exact same privileges, all is ok.

    How can it be? Is it possible to see if the member has blocked the admin?

  • It seems member has blocked admin.You can ask that member if he blocked admin or there are some plugins you can install one of them to log in as that member to see is admin blocked by him.
